Question 1

Can I try HALOIA?

Accepted Answer

HALOIA offers a 7-day free trial with full access if you pick the annual plan. After that, your subscription continues automatically at the plan you picked unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Question 2

How much does HALOIA cost?

Accepted Answer

The price is shown in the App Store before you confirm, in your store's currency. The annual plan comes with a 7-day free trial for a first subscription.

Question 3

Is HALOIA available on Android?

Accepted Answer

Not yet: HALOIA is currently iPhone-only (App Store). Android will come later.

Question 4

Can I use HALOIA on a computer or browser?

Accepted Answer

No, HALOIA only works on the iPhone app. The website isn't a usable version of the app, just a showcase.

Question 5

How does the photo analysis work?

Accepted Answer

Snap a photo of your meal, scan its barcode, or scan the nutrition label directly: the AI identifies the food, estimates macros, and updates your Face, Muscle and Health scores in seconds.

Question 6

What are the Face, Muscle and Health scores based on?

Accepted Answer

The scores combine your meal's composition (Anses Ciqual table, ANSES and EFSA nutrition references) with your profile. They are HALOIA's own estimates, not medical values and not scores validated by these agencies.

Question 7

Does HALOIA work with my diet (vegan, keto, gluten-free...)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you pick your diet type from about twenty food profiles in your profile, and the AI generates your diet plan accordingly. If you declare your allergies and intolerances, the foods and supplements in the categories you declare are never offered in the plans HALOIA generates. Traces are not covered. If you have an allergy or celiac disease, check every food: HALOIA doesn't guarantee a plan free of allergens.

Question 8

Who is Hal?

Accepted Answer

Hal is the AI coach built into the app. He knows your real data (meals, progress) and answers your questions on nutrition, style and training.

Question 9

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your health and nutrition data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising. You can export or delete your data at any time from the app.

Question 10

Does HALOIA replace a nutritionist or a doctor?

Accepted Answer

No. HALOIA helps you understand how your food affects your appearance, but it doesn't replace advice from a healthcare professional, especially if you have a medical condition or are under treatment.

Question 11

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer
